‘Humans’ is making a third comeback with the third season in the works and is currently in filming mode.
Joining the cast for the third season is Mark Bonnar (“Catastrophe” and “Apple Tree Yard”), who’ll be joining the regulars Gemma Chan, Katherine Parkinson, Tom Goodman-Hill, Emily Berrington, Colin Morgan, Ivanno Jeremiah and Ruth Bradley as charming scientist Neil Sommer. The third season will take to a future Britain, where lines between the Sythns and Humans are completely blurred. It’s a new look into the evolution of technology and looks at whether artificial intelligence should be in sync with the world of humanity?
Clearly, even in this early stages of the information age, the notion hasn’t come without chaos, and viewers will be resume with the Synths fight to survive in a world where they are oppressed. The Synth family, played by Mia (Chan), Niska (Berrington) and Max (Jeremiah) continue their fight for existence, whilst Joe (Goodman-Hill) Laura (Parkinson) and their children Mattie, Toby and Sophie continue to recover from the tragic events from the last series. Based off from Swedish sci-fi creation ‘Real Humans’ by Lars Lundstrom, ‘Humans’ is executively produced by Derek Wax, Emma Kingsman-Lloyd, Sam Vincent and Jonathan Brackley for Kudos, Lars Lundstrom and Henrik Widman for Matador Films, and is produced by Vicki Delow for Kudos.
