Sorry Not Sorry is a BBC Three marathon that celebrates the unapologetic Britain in the 21st Century; with a selection of BBC programmes that will be kicking off on the 18th of June.
Programmes include ‘Murdered For Being Different’, ‘Leo: Becoming A Trans Man‘, ‘Don’t Deport Me, I’m British’, ‘I’m Coming Out’ and ‘Should I Marry My Cousin?’ Each programme celebrates the diversity of a new Britain, and highlight the ongoing issues that effect the 16-34 demographic. ‘Murdered For Being Different’ is a follow up from ‘Murdered By My Boyfriend’, as it’s a factual doc of the brutal attack of Sophie Lancaster. ‘Don’t Deport Me, I’m British’ follows three young men who immigrated to Britain and have made the country their own, only to find out during adulthood that the country that they love, no longer wants them.
These are just a few of the synopsis that the Sorry Not Sorry season will be airing. You can catch these shows on BBC iPlayer and Youtube.
