Detroit’s Apropos presents a pop funk “She Makes Me”, the newcomer who you may have heard about on Liquid Monk’s “Come Down”. His single is blend of cool gospel and future pop and we’re looking forward to what else he’ll bring.
So with our high praises, let’s just talk about “She Makes Me” then. Shall we? The track is produced by AZTX during Apropos move between Detroit and London. It’s electronic with its enhanced electronic instrumentals with the guitars and piano. Seductive and egoistic with the chorus: “She makes me go all night, can’t stop the way we’re feeling.” with a no-strings attached attitude. Very catchy with the chorus and the smooth vocals that Apropos is offering.
The single is the first to come out from new Detroit label Beverley Martel, home for unorthodox Hip Hop, electronica and indie music. That being said, we can’t help but feel the seductive groove that this music is offering. So props to Apropos for this funk debut.
