Bassboy comes crashing into 2017 with the release of his ‘Badboy’ EP. The three-track project infuses an electric blend of bass, UKG and Grime creating an electric surge that will vibrate through your speakers.

The lead single ‘Badboy’ opens with a retro UKG synth alongside the unmistakable chopped and screwed tones of Boy Better Know’s Frisco. Before moving to the Grime inspired track ‘Move’ featuring Pz Da Architect. Bassboy closes the project with the sweet female vocals of Aria who adds a contrast sound to the dark and sinister track ‘Loyalty’.

Having worked with the likes of Trilla, Kozzie, Autumn Rowe and Mercury Award winner Skepta; the Birmingham producer and DJ Bassboy uses his ‘Badboy’ EP to showcase his exploration of bassline music, while experimenting with different genres.

Bassboy makes a welcomed return for 2017 with this weighty, unadulterated bassline offering and you can hear these tracks live this summer as he hosts his very own festival ‘BassFest’ in Manchester, Birmingham and Amsterdam.

For now, stream the ‘Badboy’ EP above and let the bassline move you.

‘Badboy’ is available to stream via Spotify and purchase via iTunes.
