Once again, we're back on the shores of Manchester and filmmaker Dominic Stephenson makes his first directional debut with the short film 'Chapter 1: Liv'.

This brilliant short is full of suspense and has taken us beyond our expectation. What we thought that was supposed to be a sad-ending story was only just the beginning. Consider this excellent debut from Stephenson between the bridge between criminal thriller and sci-fi, as the editing and storyline is an excellent build up in both dialogue and frequency. No wonder that it was nominated for an award at the Nemyln Film Festival this year.

Alongside this great debut that was also written by Stephenson, you also have a heap of amazing talent hailing from Manchester. With online being the name of the game, we DO HOPE that Stephenson develops the storyline even further.
