We are looking for a creative and talented multimedia production professional to work alongside our multimedia team to deliver high quality and compelling audio-visual materials for a wide range of clients.
You’ll be responsible for creating videos, audio materials, still images and other digital assets from concept to final delivery.
You’ll be confident handling pre-production planning, logistics, shooting, and editing video and audio for web, TV and radio broadcast.
You’ll need to have a strong technical background, excellent video filming and editing skills, and the ability to conceptualise, script and develop stories for video.
We work alongside major brands so you must be equally as comfortable on a two-day commercial shoot or in the mixed zone at a major sporting event.
You should have an in-depth working knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and audio editing, and a working knowledge of After Effects would be beneficial.
Your knowledge will be matched by strong organisational skills, a creative eye, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be willing to travel across the UK to undertake video projects and be confident in delivering all aspects of media production.
A background in journalism would be a bonus.

Leicester City Football Club is looking to recruit a creative Digital Designer, based at King Power Stadium, to assist with the development of the Club’s multimedia communication platforms.

Reporting to the Club’s Multimedia Manager, the successful candidate will be required to produce high-quality digital graphics for use across the Club’s online and offline platforms, both contributing to creative direction and working to specified design briefs.

Experience and in-depth knowledge of advanced Adobe programmes – specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator – are essential, along with Adobe Media Encoder and alternative output formats for different platforms.

The candidate should have experience of working in a corporate design environment (two years of industry experience preferable) and be familiar with the demands of a deadline-driven environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • To design and produce still/animated graphics for use on the club’s LED perimeter boards, stadium LED screens and the Club’s internal screens at King Power Stadium.
  • Working with departmental managers/staff and external partners to develop creative direction and ensure objectives and requirements of digital design briefs are met on all projects.
  • Assisting with the production and planning of the stadium screens’ matchday programme.
  • Assisting with the production and planning of daily graphic content on the internal screens which are used across Retail, Hospitality and Reception areas at King Power Stadium.
  • Design and produce still/animated graphics for use on the Club’s official website and social networking channels.
  • Assist with the development of the Club’s digital brand.

The successful candidate will have the overall responsibility for creating the daily presentation schedules for Premier League TV and will ensure that all on-air elements and other transmission instructions are issues to TX on time.
The Presentation scheduler will strategically plan all promotional airtime to maximise audience awareness; liaise with key members of Progamming, Production and Editorial staff to ensure all resource requirements are met for the Content Service team; maintain the interstitial database in Harris/Vision software and ensure short/long term plans are communicated with the Promo Producers to confirm out accuracy; check schedules prior to release and liaise closely with transmissions to ensure smooth running of the daily play lists as well as liaise with transmission on changes or errors and adjust the schedules accordingly.
Other responsibilities will include monitoring the PLTV network output on a daily basis and on occasions, assist the Channel Programmer with 6 week programme planning.
Applicants must have previous experience of presentation scheduling with an understanding of editorial design of break content of channel scheduling. Experience of working to daily TX deadlines is essential as is working knowledge of the Harris / Vision scheduling system.
PLEASE NOTE: The role will require the occasional work on the weekend.
