For those who thought that people wouldn’t support internal projects with a certain group or race of people…they should start crocodile tears about this one.
The project has beaten its target of $10,000 and is now a whopping $40,000 and there’s still 14 days to go!
“Tuskegee Heirs: Flames of Destiny” is an animation about a young group of affluent young airmen and women who use their passion for aviation to save the world. Based and inspired by the hidden achievements of the Black Tuskegee airmen in America during WWII, illustrator Marcus Williams and children’s author Greg Bunham knock both of their heads together to produce a comic series (with prospects of an animation) where these young cats are the Earth’s only hope against a artificial intelligence of villains that are destructive to the earth’s planet.
The main characters will give the young generation new rolemodels. Their names are Able, Ayanna, Omar, Genesis and Slip. Each character has their strength as well as their personality.
