Nathan Bryon (“Bossman”, “Benidorm”, “No Filter”) stars in a Hazey Jane Film Production project called “Leroy”, an oddball comedy about growing up in a ‘man’s world‘ at an North London estate.
After the success of the Kickstarter campaign, the film follows young individualist as he deals with the loss of the his Grandfather by getting some man tips from a James Brown mixtape. It is through this new discovery that he finds a new passion from making jewellery to playing the computer game “Planet Funk” with Yung Xu.
This short comedy was executed and written by founder of Hazey Jane Film Productions Marley Morrison. Who has seen her film “Sticks and Stones” screened at the BFI Future Film Raw Shorts Festival, as well as “Abeo” and “Perpetually Human”. She has also brought on board producer Michelle Antoniades, Matt Wicks (Director of Photography), and executive producer Charlie Hanson.
