Lostchild may have a humble upbringing in a small countryside, but his flair for eighties pop is endless…
Madonna, Sade and George Michael are his influences.
The producer, songwriter and singer presents his second ep leading from ‘Dancing With Boys’. Already, he’s released three of the tracks on his Soundcloud, which are added on the EP (with ‘Town’ being the official single). His love of pop delights are very emotive, especially with his track ‘Blind’. ‘Lifeline’ is a good opening track to the EP, as it has the new 80s spirit flowing throughout the song.
Now the bonus track on this EP is ‘S.A.M’, more of a jam ballard. To us, it’s a nice way to close the small EP.
Techno pop has have a happy-go-feeling place with Lostchild. He’s the smoother and lighter alternative from Years & Years. Similar to Aaron, he’s bringing a revival to all things 80s, but with a whole new shimmer of electronics. So this album is for those who imagine the eighties music resurrected.
‘Being Loved When You Know You’re Not Good Enough’ is available to purchase on iTunes, Spotify and Apple Music
