There's insight into his personal life as he ends up in a polygamous relationship. In a world of traditional America, Marston produces a hero that isn't to the traditional values of women in society. If that wasn't enough, there was strong controversy over the avenue in which the hero was brought to life. Due to the public's negative perception of comic books, Professor Moulton Marston had to hide his identity under the fictitious author-name Charles Marston.
Angela Robinson is known to be a producer for shows such as 'The L Word' and 'How to Get Away with Murder'. She makes a stance as a strong writer-director for this movie. Evans, Hall, and Heathcote deliver on these roles, as viewers learn and get a scope into the life of a man who was actually a trained Havard psychologist.
