London artist, Jevon has released his highly anticipated single Do The Road. After producing multiple tracks on both XL Recordings New Gen album and the Nines’ critically acclaimed debut album, Jevon has finally released his debut single and it was definitely worth the wait.
Speaking about the track, Jevon says,
“The song is pretty much self-explanatory, it represents a time in my life I’m not proud of but an important part of my journey to where I am going to.“
The track provides an insight into what this multifaceted artist and producer can and will offer to the music industry. With a catchy trap-infused beat, Jevon delivers a message about youth, regret and poor decision which have all led him to become who he is today.
Do The Road follows the Justin Timberlake Bipolar instrumental, with a combination of east flows and clever lyricism, the track has seen a huge amount of support from platforms alike GRM Daily, MTV, Complex and Viper.
